An Art Opportunity for PWAS Members
If you are interested in participating, please be sure to call Nadia at the church's main office at 703-494-2445 no later than this Friday (Nov 5).
Additional information on the show is as follows:
Location: St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1400 G Street, Woodbridge, VA. The fair will be held in the social hall, which is located at the far right side of the church. Enter through the door that is closest to the front of the church. There will also be a sandwich sign near the door.
Time: set-up from 9-10
Event from 10-2
Tear down from 2-3
Tables: One table and chair will be provided for each vendor. Each table is 8’ x 2’.
Display stands: Vendors are allowed to set up their own display stands if they have art or crafts to hang. All stands must have rubber (or other floor protective) feet. Each vendor is limited to no more than 3 stands.
Print stands: Vendors are allowed to set up one print stand if they are selling prints.
Payments: Each vendor is responsible for making their own arrangements for accepting payments.
Masks: Everyone must wear a mask when they are in the building.
Fees: There are no fees for participating in our 1st Annual Art and Crafts Fair, but a donation to the church would be appreciated.
