Local Art Shows

Call for Artists in Virginia, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland List

The purpose of the list provided here is to let the Prince William Art Society members and other area artists know the deadlines of art shows and events available to them throughout the year. Some events may be local festival opportunities while others are actual emails that arrive requesting your art submissions or to enter online.

As people send me links to various art shows with Calls for Art around the area, I will post them here. Please send me the Call End Date, the Name of the Show, the Location and a Link for more information. It is up to you to follow the directions, enter on time, whatever the Call for Art asks for. Some will have fees to enter, some may not, and some have awards. Be aware of commission fee percentages as well. They are listed with the end of the current year at the start.

For some of these events, you may need outdoor show equipment, so check! Tents, gridwalls, tables, etc. See How to Art Show.
